DMCA Policy

"Interdiction Trump" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged copyright infringement and for users to file counter-notifications regarding content that has been removed.

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you believe that material available on "Interdiction Trump" infringes on your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to us. For your notice to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide a description of the material that you claim is infringing and its location on "Interdiction Trump", including, at a minimum, the URL of the specific page where the material is located.
  3. Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good Faith Belief Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material, you have the right to file a counter-notification under the DMCA. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our DMCA agent and must include substantially the following:

  • Identification of Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Perjury Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Interdiction Trump" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Please send your DMCA counter-notification through our Contact Page, clearly indicating that it is a DMCA counter-notification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not initiate a court action within 10-14 business days, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed content.
